Classes on spiritual inquiry and embodying presence.

Greg uses meditation, body sensing practices, lectures and inquiry practices to help students open to the deeper ground of their inner nature.

A lifelong student of inner work, Greg’s background includes work in philosophy, psychology, meditation, movement and bodywork practices.

He has also been a student of the Diamond Approach since 1996.  The Diamond Approach is a contemporary spiritual path that incorporates knowledge and practices from depth psychology and spiritual wisdom traditions, forming a precise and effective method of spiritual inquiry and transformation.

Meditation & Inquiry Group: Settling into Openness

Developing a sincere curiosity about our inner experience naturally moves us into greater contact with our depth.  One could call this having a relaxed and open view, learning to love the truth for its own sake.  This group is an opportunity to use meditation, readings and experiential exercises to introduce this kind of open inquiry into our deeper nature.

As part of the work, we will use certain readings to help orient our explorations.  We will start with The Unfolding Now by A.H. Almaas.  It is not required that you read the book ahead of time.  We will be doing readings and exercises from the book during some of the meetings.

The group will meet approximately once a month from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm.  We will begin with the following dates: September 22, October 20, November 17, December 15.  The cost is $25 per meeting.  There is not a fixed number of meetings, but instead will be determined by the interest and unfolding of the work.

The group is for people who have an interest in meditation and inner work - whether that means as cultivating greater inner peace, understanding, presence, etc.  If you are interested in finding out more or participating, please contact me.
